You Don’t Have to Feel This Way All the Time
Anxiety doesn’t always look like a panic attack. For many of the adults and young adults I work with, it looks like a mind that won’t stop running — replaying conversations, anticipating worst-case scenarios, struggling to feel present even when life looks good from the outside. It looks like overworking, over-controlling, people-pleasing, or a persistent sense that something is wrong even when you can’t name what it is.
If that resonates, you are not alone. And more importantly — it doesn’t have to stay this way.

What Anxiety Therapy Actually Looks Like
Working with me is not about venting without direction or receiving generic advice. It is a focused, collaborative process designed to help you understand what is driving your anxiety, interrupt the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and build practical skills to manage stress more effectively.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology — evidence-based approaches that are grounded in what actually works, not what sounds good in theory. We will identify the thought patterns and behaviors that are feeding your anxiety, challenge them directly, and replace them with strategies you can use in real life.
