What Happened to You Matters — and So Does What Comes Next
Grief is not something you simply get over. It redefines how you see the world, how you relate to others, and how you feel in your own body. The goal of therapy is not to erase what happened — it is to help you carry it differently, so it no longer runs your life.
I work with adults and young adults who are navigating the impact of loss — whether that means a recent event or something that happened years ago that you have never fully processed.

Grief: Beyond the Loss of a Person
Grief is not only about death. People grieve the end of relationships, the loss of a career, the dissolution of a family, structural family changes, a change in life stage, loss of a pet, the fading of a dream, and the person they used to be before something hard happened. Grief that is not processed does not go away — it surfaces sideways, as anger, numbness, anxiety, or disconnection.
I help clients move through grief in a way that honors what was lost while building the capacity to engage fully with what is still here.

My Approach to Grief Therapy
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based approaches to help clients process their grief at a pace that feels safe and productive. The work is collaborative and client-led — you set the pace, and I provide the structure and support to help you move through what has been holding you back.
